Battery Replacement

We have every kind of battery in stock! We use industry standard leak-proof, stainless steel, Maxcell brand batteries.

Most watch batteries can be replaced on the spot while you wait. Special circumstances may require waiting up to 3 business days.

Jeweller's Pro Tip:
Pull the crown out (the knob on your watch which is also the time-setting function) while your watch is not in use to put it in hibernation so the battery won't drain.

Polishing and Parts Replacement

Should your watch require crown, crystal or battery replacement, we will restore these components to the original standards with exacting care and precision.

We will also remove any imperfections and polish your watch so it looks good as new.

Overhaul

Every five years or so, your watch may begin to run inaccurately or stop altogether. When this happens, it is time for an overhaul.

An overhaul includes a complete disassembly of the movement of your watch, cleaning and washing of all the parts, lubrication, reassembly, and timing.

This process takes seven business days and includes a one year warranty.
