At Custom Jewellers by Gianni, we have decades of expertise to transform your ideas into a finished piece that can be cherished in your family for generations. Our white-glove service approach prioritizes care and transparency throughout the process.
The design and customization process depends on the complexity of your piece and your desired level of involvement.

Inspired design
The first step is letting yourself be inspired.
We suggest coming into the store to look at designs, or viewing some of our finished pieces. Alternatively, you can look online for inspiration, and send us photos of your favourites.
We will use these ideas and pictures to create a basis for what you really want.

Mock-up
With our expertise in CAD design, we provide you with extremely accurate photos of your custom design, and continue to work with you to make alterations until you are completely satisfied with the outcome.
At this stage, there is also an option to come in and try on the 3D print of the exact design of your piece, to ensure that everything is just as you like it, and make further alterations.

Delivery and Aftercare
If you are satisfied with the design and everything is just the way you want it to be (which we're sure it will be!), we will cast your piece and make it available for pickup in approximately one week from mock-up approval.
We encourage you to come back every year for a check-up, to have the piece cleaned, polished, and refinished at no charge. Resizing is also covered for the first year.
