  1. Customers wishing to return merchandise must include a packing slip, copy of the original invoice, and reason for the return of merchandise. Items must be returned in the original packaging with all applicable paperwork contained in it. Products offering warranties (i.e. watches, watch winders, and clocks) will not be accepted without original warranty cards returned. Credits are granted at the discretion of Custom Jewellers by Gianni.


  1. Customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling charges upfront. Customers will be refunded for shipping, handling, and merchandise, upon verified receipt of merchandise. 


  1. Returned merchandise must be securely packaged. Custom Jewellers by Gianni is not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged through the carrier.
     

  2. Merchandise cannot be returned if it has been used, altered (i.e. engraved, sized, etc.) or damaged by the customer.
     

  3. Merchandise received after 30 days of the invoice date will be subject to a processing fee of up to 15%.
     

  4. Customers attempting to return merchandise without original packaging and paperwork, or in worn, damaged, altered, or otherwise unsatisfactory conditions will be responsible for the shipping cost(s) of returning the merchandise back to them, and will not be refunded.

 

  1. Special order merchandise (i.e., engraved, sized, etc.) is non-returnable, non-cancelable and non-refundable.
     

  2. Items with manufacturing defects will be exchanged or repaired at any time from 30 days from the invoice date.

 

  1. Customers returning merchandise not purchased through Custom Jewellers by Gianni will be responsible for the shipping cost(s) of returning the merchandise to the customer.
     

  2. Exchanges for like merchandise, particularly precious metal merchandise, may not be “even” based on the difference in the weight of the returned piece and the weight of the replacement piece.
     

  3. Unclaimed, undeliverable or refused orders will be charged a 15% restocking fee, plus shipping.
     

  4. Earrings are not returnable except for manufacturing defects.
     

  5. Lockets cannot be returned if engraved or dented while being engraved. Lockets can not be machine engraved, only hand- or laser-engraving is recommended, and individuals engraving lockets assume all risks.
